All products sold and manufactured by Axis Industries USA are for off-road use only. Products must be installed and maintained by a professional mechanic or fabricator.
Axis Industries USA does not accept any responsibility for improper use, alterations, and installations of any products purchased from us.

Any and all custom and prototype parts bear no warranty.
All production products manufactured by Axis Industries USA comes with a 90 day warranty. We guarantee our product to be free of manufacturing defects. Due to the intended use of our product, our warranty does not cover product damaged sustained from off road use or accidents.
Warranty is limited to repair or replacement. Labor is NOT covered under our Policy.
Product hardware and accessories (latches, lights, bolts, etc...) are not covered under any part of our warranty.
All warranty claims will need an RMA number before it can be returned. Any package without an RMA number will be returned to sender, at sender's expense.
Upon our receipt of the damaged product it will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product; all names of customers are held in a database for reference. All returns will be checked and any modifications made to any of these products will void the warranty.
Paint, powder coat, or any other finishes are not covered by warranty. We do not cover shipping, insurance or any import fees, duties and taxes for the returned product. If after inspection, we found the product to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will at no cost repair or replace the defective product with the same or comparable product on a “best-effort” basis.
This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages such as damage to or loss of directly or indirectly caused by the product. Please contact us about product failures regardless of reason. We are extremely fair, but ultimately have the right to refuse any warranty claim.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
Domestic US orders will be shipped UPS, USPS or FedEx ground. However 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day shipping are available. Freight carriers are available for large orders.
Shipping on all orders is to be pre-paid, and we do not accept C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) orders. Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within the next 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. If an order will be delayed or has items that are back ordered, we will do our best to contact you.

Custom orders cannot be canceled, nor is there down deposit refundable. All cancellations must be made before the item is shipped out. If the item has shipped then our return policy applies. All orders that have reached shipping and receiving will be considered shipped. Cancellations are subject to a 15% fee.
All Returns are subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must we within 30 days from the time it is shipped out. Items must be in there original packaging. Customers will be charged for any missing or incomplete items. Shipping to and from the customer are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping tax, duties, or brokerage fees, nor are they refundable.

If you are returning an item, please contact us at (317) 739-3390 or email ([email protected]) to obtain an RMA number. Any return not pre-authorized, will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Axis Industries requires a $1000 non refundable deposit on all conversions to hold their place in line. Vehicles must arrive 2 days before their scheduled start date, else there spot will be lost to the next vehicle in line. 50% minus the deposit is due before the scheduled start date, and the other half is due when the vehicle is finished. All vehicles must be paid in full before they can leave Axis Industries USA facilities. If payment is not made within 30 day of when the vehicle is finished, then the customer surrenders there vehicle to Axis Industries USA.
